CIVIC collaborated with Saam Architecture to facilitate an Educational Visioning Process for Melvin H. King South End Academy informing the school’s educational facility planning. Together with the visioning team, including parents, teachers, students, and community members, CIVIC led a structured three-meeting sequence that established a baseline and shared understanding of district strategic priorities.

The process included visioning meetings, community forums and student engagement across all school sites. The report outlined the work conducted, shared outputs from each of the activities, and provided a distillation of the identified goals and priorities that aligned with the community and district’s ambitions.
