CIVIC collaborated with DBVM Architects to develop an Educational Facility Master Plan for the Middletown Public School District. This work was centered on the district’s strategic plan and curricular goals, and was conducted in collaboration with district administrators, school staff and faculty, the School Building Committee, and the School Committee. CIVIC’s work began in August 2021 built on the district’s previous planning efforts. This process provided clear findings for the Middletown Public Schools facilities and spatial needs .
